Much of the buzz in sneakers this week has surrounded Nike's new SoHo store and the highly anticipated releases scheduled for today's grand opening. Unfortunately, the wait to experience the location will be just a little bit longer.
In a statement issued by Nike, the company cites permitting issues in announcing that the SoHo grand opening has been delayed indefinitely. A new date will be communicated in the future, but the wristbands that have already been handed out will still be honored. See below for more information.
