A little more than a year after launching the original, Nike is preparing for the release of its follow-up football trainer — the Field General 2.
This time in a low-top package, the Field General 2 provides a lightweight experience with a seamless Fuse-constructed upper, similar to the "skins" seen on Nike's latest soccer cleats. Full-length Visible Zoom cushioning makes this particular shoe all about speed.
Below is a look at four upcoming Field General 2 colorways, along with the nickname assigned to each shoe and release dates. The first style, dubbed "The Opening" hits Nike retailers this Wednesday.
