As the Air Max 97's 20th anniversary celebration winds down, NikeLab is fusing the model with one of its most popular successors.
The Air Max Plus 97 isn't the creation of a customizer—it's a legit hybrid heading to select locations this month. As the name suggests, the shoe features the upper of the Air Max 97, finished off with the tooling of the Air Max Plus from 1998. The run will start with this easy to wear black and white colorway.
Look for Nike Sportswear retailers and nike.com to release the Air Max Plus 97 on Tuesday, Nov. 21.
