First rumored last summer, the "Curry" Nike Air Max 1 is indeed making a return to retail in the coming days.
Originally released in 2003 and sometimes linked to retailer Atmos, this iteration of the runner pairs white mesh with varying shades of brown suede overlays on the upper. White also works the quarter Swooshes and heel embroidery, while subtle hits of blue fill the tongue branding and upper eyelets. The style is capped off with a black rubber outsole.
In recent years, vintage pairs have sold anywhere from $500 to $1,000. Now, you'll have a chance to snag a more wearable pair when they release Thursday, May 10 at nike.com and select Nike Sportswear retailers.
