In recent years, Fashion Week has not only been the grandest stage for showcasing new trends in clothing, but also a platform for debuting co-branded sneaker collaborations.
Like the earlier showing by Undercover, new Nikes hit the runway when Comme des Garcons showed its Spring/Summer Menswear Collection for 2019. A re-worked version of the Nike Air Presto was spotted in navy-and mint-based colorways, each laceless with bootie construction, a sheer vamp and drawcord fastening. Further details about the apparent collaboration haven't been announced.
A longtime Nike partner, Comme des Garcons is expected to release a three-way Air Force 1 Low collaboration along with Supreme later this year.
