A new iteration of the Air Jordan 12 has surfaced that could potentially be 2019's "Chinese New Year" colorway.
The pair surfaced on the Chinese blog Weibo. It appears to feature a black satin upper, white iguana leather overlay, and metallic gold detailing. The major detail is the multi-colored pattern that can be partially seen donning the inner lining. The graphic could be tied to the annual celebration.
Jordan Brand also released a retro model for "Chinese New Year" in 2018 as well. A black Air Jordan 6 was covered in red and gold floral embroidery to celebrate the Year of the Dog.

UPDATE 12/27: Official images of the "Chinese New Year" Air Jordan 12 have leaked, as seen below. Nike has confirmed the shoe will be released sometime during the month of January.
UPDATE 12/28: A new image has surfaced of the "Chinese New Year" Air Jordan 12 on Chinese blog Hupu. The photo shows that the black satin upper can be torn away to reveal a second multi-colored layer featuring the traditional Chinese patchwork, Bai Jia Yi.
