If you ask a sneakerhead to name a shoe that debuted in 1985, most of them would answer, "the Air Jordan 1." And while that's true, another Nike silhouette also released that same year.
While not as highly regarded as the Jordan 1, the Nike Air Epic still made a splash when it hit retail as it was one of the earliest sneakers to incorporate 3M detailing which the shoe featured in its perforated back heel. The Epic made a return in 2003 which was highlighted by a Foot Patrol collaboration and again, nearly a decade later, in 2012. With its official return today, the Epic sees a release of four all-new colorways, three of which are fairly colorful options while the fourth comes in a classic "Cool Grey/Black" story. All four iterations can be had on NikeStore right now with each carrying a retail price of $110.
