UK sneakerheads who were already camped out for Kanye West's Yeezy Boosts just received some crushing news.
The adidas Originals flagship store in London, which had a good amount of people in line since early Monday, recently announced that its February 28 release would now be conducted through a raffle instead of first-come, first-served. The store's staff informed the people in line about the change in procedure, and dudes were just absolutely heartbroken as you can see from the footage above.
The group of sneakerheads clamored for answers and even went so far as to request some sort of compensation for the time they had already spent waiting in line. The result: 20% off of merchandise.
A raffle certainly beats camping out for almost an entire week, but a bunch of sneakerheads just waited in line for at least 24 hours for basically nothing. Talk about heartbreak.
