Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are planning for their future.

TMZ reports that the couple has spent at least $50 million on an estate in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air and that the property is now in escrow.

The 20,000 square foot estate apparently has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, as well as multiple kitchens, a theater, gym, a pool, and more. According to the outlet, it seems that both J Lo and Affleck’s kids will live in the extremely private home, which is surrounded by trees and has a great view of the city. The home was initially listed at $65 million by the seller, Texas billionaire Todd Lemkin.

Lopez and Affleck’s second go-around seems to be working out for them. Last month, the singer opened up about why their relationship didn’t work out in the early 2000s. “It was brutal. It was brutal,” she told Rolling Stone. “It’s one of those things that you bury very deeply so you can move on and get about your business. It’s funny because Ben and I were together, and we were so in love. It was one of the happiest times of my life.”

She also said that they “were being criticized” which “really destroyed our relationship from the inside out.”

“I won’t talk about it a lot,” she continued. “We’ve both grown. We’re the same, and we’re different. And that’s what’s nice,” she said. “Having a second chance at real love…yeah. Like I said, we learned a lot. We know what’s real, what’s not real. So it’s just—the game has changed. Again, I’m trying not to say too much.”
