When NVIDIA's Shield came out this past August, gamers were most excited about it being able to stream games from a PC. There were a few bumps down that road but it looks like they've all been paved with a new update to the system's operating system.
According to a release earlier today, the NVIDIA Shield will now be able to support some of the PC's most graphically intense games including Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Batman: Arkham Origins.
NVIDIA GameStream improves the streaming experience, putting PC games in the palm of your hand. It’s optimized for game-speed Wi-Fi with ultra-low latency and now up to 60 frames per second. PC streaming officially supports more than 50 of the best PC games, including 2013 blockbuster holiday releases such as “Batman: Arkham Origins” and “Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.”
