A Florida man who was arrested for pushing his wife off the back of a jet ski because she allegedly caught him engaging in a sex act with another man at a nude beach might face additional charges for the role he played in her death.

According to NBC News, Michael and Pamela Doster were at Passage Key the weekend of Jul. 11 when Pamela Doster  discovered her husband and another man performing oral sex on each other. This triggered an argument between the Dosters, which culminated in him pushing her off their jet ski four times until she eventually hit her head on a rock. According to authorities, both of the Dosters were drunk at the time.

Unable to locate his wife, Michael Doster called 911. Emergency responders discovered her later that evening clad in just a life vest with bruises on her left bicep and the left side of her head. Michael Doster was initially charged with domestic battery, but after his wife died at a local hospital last Wednesday, the Manatee County Sheriff's Department is considering him a suspect and wants to speak with witnesses and the other man that was on the boat.

"We need to know exactly what happened," Manatee County Sheriff's spokesperson Randy Warren told NBC News. Though Doster has been identified as a suspect, his initial charges have yet to be upgraded.
