Speaking of sex offenders, if you are one, the quickest way to land your ass back in jail is to draw attention to it. Joseph Conn decided it would be cool to sunbathe naked on his front porch with a rubber penis in hand. Only in Florida.
The 49-year old registered sex offender was arrested Monday after a neighbor saw him and phoned police. As soon as Conn saw the cops, he ran inside, then reappeared wearing clothes. When asked why he was naked and holding a sex toy, he said he didn’t know he could be seen from the street. Good answer.
Conn just got out of jail in March after serving a year for violating sex offender rules. He might as well just call jail home, now.
