The 18-year-old Kentucky man who embarked on a two-week crime spree with his 13-year-old girlfriend has been indicted for his crimes—including statutory rape.

Dalton Hayes and Cheyenne Phillips were arrested in Panama City Beach, Fla. last month after fleeing from their native Grayson County, Ky. and committing a string of crimes. Authorities alleges that Hayes, who faced theft charges from incidents last December, was running from trouble.

The Associated Press reports that was Hayes indicted on several charges stemming from those two weeks on the run, as well as those theft charges from December. For the second-degree rape charge, he faces a maximum of 10 years in prison. Hayes maintains that he didn't know how old Phillips was.

According to police, Phillips will have her day in juvenile court.
