Unlucky police in Florida arrested a couple caught having sex at a retirement community yesterday morning for no good reason.
The Smoking Gun reports that a deputy with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about two people "making out" sans their clothes in public. The officer arrived to find 40-year-old Charm Gilbert and 47-year-old James Adams having sex by the entrance of The Villages, a sprawling residential community.
According to the Smoking Gun, Gilbert told Deputy Christopher McPeters that she and Adams, both of whom are adults, elected to have sex in public because "[they didn't have] any other place to go." Worse, Adams reportedly resides a mile away from the scene of this spectacle.
Both were charged with disturbing the peace and indecent exposure.
