Eric Garner protests are continuing for the third night in a row across the country. In New York City—where Garner was killed using an illegal chokehold, and a grand jury decided not to indict the officers involved—protesters blocked Fifth Avenue and passed out a list of demands.
The most common demands include firing all officers involved, appointing a special prosecutor to investigate all complaints of excessive force, and the state legislature creating significant penalties for using illegal chokeholds.
Some protesters also staged a "die-in" at the Fifth Avenue Apple Store.
Protesters in other major U.S. cities also blocked traffic, including a highway in Miami, and major intersections in Washington D.C. and Boston.
