In a complete surprise to nearly everyone, the very public face of the Xbox One, and all of its accompanying PR woes, Don Mattrick, has announced that he is leaving Microsoft.
Mattrick will reportedly be taking a position with another software company. That company? Zynga. The flailing software company, most famous for its Facebook game, Farmville, saw its stock spike %12 this afternoon when news of the acquisition was announced. What role Mattrick will ultimately play at Zynga is still unclear, but many are assuming that he will be stepping in as the company's new CEO.
