We've finally figured out what his problem was, aside from the crippling self-loathing, regret, and generally depressing world-view, he wasn't playing enoughFlappy Bird.
Naturally, a group of intrepid modders have fixed that problem by turning Niko into the titular bird who flaps. The mod, called Flappy IV, is brought to you by julionib and quechus13.
The GTA IV mod will be released on juionib's site this Saturday, and anybody with GTA IV on PC can test the mod.
