OnlyFans Star Jade Miura says she never expected a single workout video to launch an internet firestorm, questioning whether she’s even human.
The video, posted in late April, showed Miura exercising in gym attire.
It pulled in 115 million views in May.
"It was towards the end of April, going into May, one video blew up and gave a chain reaction to all of my other videos after that," Miura told The Blast.
In the comments, the most common accusation was that she wasn’t real.
"Then the comments started. ‘She’s AI, she’s not real.’ And to this day, that really gets people in the comments always thinking I am AI," she said.
As the clip spread across platforms like Instagram, X, and Reddit, the theories multiplied.
"People constantly talk about it in the comments on IG, Twitter, Reddit, and pretty much all platforms I’m on," Miura said.
"The AI accusation is the most common thing I hear, but it’s never just that. It’s always something, fake body, surgery, steroids, that I’m a guy. It doesn’t stop.”
While some social media celebrities might retreat under that level of scrutiny, Miura has leaned into it. She regularly engages with the comments and sometimes amplifies the rumors to drive engagement.
“I don’t ignore it. I like to tease them, and when I play into that narrative, it always does well,” she said.
Rather than deny every claim, Miura has used the speculation to boost her reach. The attention, while at times harsh, has turned her into one of the most recognizable figures in the fitness space.
"I’ve learned to lean into it," she said. "The more I play into the AI theory, the better the post does. People eat it up."
Miura hasn’t confirmed or denied anything about her background. But she doesn’t need to. The mystery is part of the brand.
