If just seeing Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell on the red carpet before the show wasn't enough for you, check her Twitter. When you watch one twitvid in particular, it'll make those fantasies of being her "plus one" that much easier to imagine.
Leighton Meester
9. LEIGHTON MEESTER
Leighton Meester, who lost the "Best Villain" award race (she was nominated for The Roommate), wore a dress on the red carpet ideal for any pick-up artist/creep. A classic line is born anew at the sight of Meester; now, it's possible to say, "Nice dress, I can see myself in it," and actually mean it. Just don't follow that up with, "It will look better on the hotel room floor in the morning."
Emma Watson
8. EMMA WATSON
Emma Watson kept the traditional British stiff upper lip when she was robbed at the awards by some other young actress in an adult novel adaptation that we won't mention. Despite her loss, Watson was still able to bewitch everyone with her short white dress. She really made us bring out our wands.
Brooklyn Decker
7. BROOKLYN DECKER
Despite the musical performances during the show, viewers walked away with only one lyric stuck in their heads, crooned by host Jason Sudeikis: "Brooklyn Decker's boobs." Fortunately, Decker, sporting a safe dress that left everything to the imagination, seemed to appreciate the ballad to those twins that live on her chest.
Nicki Minaj
6. NICKI MINAJ
If you thought you saw the Young Money star on the red carpet, you just failed and mistook Lil Mama for her. Getting style-jacked might be the reason for her blank expression in this backstage photo, but at least Lil Mama didn't crash the stage when Minaj presented "Best Female Performance" with Ashton Kutcher.
Emma Stone
5. EMMA STONE
Having recently gone blonde for her role in the now-in-production The Amazing Spider-Man, Stone returned with the red hair we fell in love with in Easy A, for which the hot actress won "Best Comedic Performance." But is it really a performance when it's so completely believable? What geek wouldn't beg, and pay, Stone to just pretend they got to second base? We would, and we're not even geeks.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
4. ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY
Sparks literally went off when Rosie took the stage—that's how much of a firecracker she is. Alright, so the effects were actually for the Transformers: Dark Of The Moon cast's presentation of an exclusive clip, but we can guarantee you that our current cover girl's stage presence caused other things to explode in more micro, isolated forms.
Amber Lancaster

This star of MTV's The Hard Times Of R.J. Berger may have revealed on her Twitter that she was running late for the red carpet, but it's so easy to forgive her tardiness when she showed up looking that perfect. Who could stay mad at a stunner with a face like that? Did we say "face"? We meant cleavage. You are always forgiven, Amber...always.
Blake Lively
2. BLAKE LIVELY
Feelings of undeserved pride circled the nation when Blake Lively took the stage. Men everywhere held their chin a little higher when they thought to themselves, "Yeah, I've seen her naked." She didn't mention her recently leaked nude photos when she presented "Best Kiss" with Green Lantern co-star Ryan Reynolds, but Generation Award winner Reese Witherspoon took it upon herself to give the youth some advice about taking nude pics: "Don't show your face."
Mila Kunis
1. MILA KUNIS
Although she didn't walk the red carpet, Mila Kunis still stole the entire show. This isn't a sympathy win, either; she may not have won "Best Kiss," but we can guarantee that her Black Swan smooch with Natalie Portman will be watched many more times than Twilight. Besides, how can someone who's undeniably attractive and cool with sharing some mutual groping in public not top a "hottest" list? It's common sense, people.
