The blame for former reality TV personality Donald Trump's election has been directed at everything from the media, fake news, white women voters, and the FBI. But Chelsea Handler's got a yet-unexplored, piping hot election take in a new interview with Variety. Handler wants to shift the blame of Trump's rise to commander-in-chief to the celebrity culture surrounding the Kardashians.
When asked if she believes the media treated Hillary Clinton unfairly, Handler replied, "Absolutely. 100 percent." Pressed for what she thinks the media could have done differently, she said:
The interview then shifted to Kanye's recent visit to Trump Tower for a controversial meeting with the president-elect. Asked about whether she'd seen the news, Handler replied, "Kanye needs to get on his meds."
