Wardrobe malfunctions? Not for Lena Dunham. Dunham's Girls producer and friend Jenni Konner shared an Instagram photo of Dunham getting ready to go to the Golden Globes, placing fake nipples over her nipples so that her nipples wouldn't show through her dress.
But that isn't the only caution that Dunham is taking these days. She's deleted her Twitter apps. Not her Twitter profile, just the apps. Call it a Twitter Break. Dunham explained to Ryan Seacrest, while on the red carpet of the Globes (with her dangerous nipples extra-covered underneath), that she will not be checking her Twitter for reactions to the season 4 premiere of Girls (happening on the east coast during the Globes live telecast).
People like, threaten my life and tell me what a cow I am. So I decided I was gonna check it occasionally, but it isn't the same co-dependence Twitter and I once shared. ... There's a lot of people I love on Twitter, but unfortunately you can't read those without reading deranged Neocons telling you you should be buried under a pile of rocks.
So if you have something to tell Dunham after seeing this Instagram, she ain't gonna hear it.
