Amazon Prime Video has shared a short look at its upcoming Mr. & Mrs. Smith reboot series starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine.

The spy comedy series, which Glover co-created with Francesca Sloane (Atlanta, Fargo), is scheduled to arrive on the streaming service this November. Prime offered a glimpse of what to expect with a 10-second snippet in the Prime Day 2023 preview of upcoming shows (1:10 above). We get a look at Glover and Erskine in the titular roles, playing a married couple working as spies for a top-secret agency. In the 2005 film of the same name, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie played the lead roles.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith will also star Parker Posey and Wagner Moura in recurring roles. Last year, Variety reported that its guest stars include Paul Dano, Michaela Coel, and John Turturro.

Glover and Sloane serve as executive producers, alongside frequent collaborators and fellow Atlanta alums Hiro Murai and Stephen Glover.

"You ever kill anyone?" Glover's Mr. Smith asks in the brief look, which also features Erskine's Mrs. Smith walking away from an explosion.

"Do I look like I have?" she responds.

Earlier this year, Glover executive produced Prime Video's satirical comedy horror Swarm, which he co-created with Janine Nabers and directed the first episode of.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge was originally attached to star opposite her Solo co-star Glover in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, but she exited the project in 2021 due to alleged creative differences. The split was described as "amicable," and now the celebrated Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny actress is working on producing a Tomb Raider series from the streaming platform.

Other shows featured in the preview include The Boys spin-off Gen V, which hits Prime Video in September. Bad Bunny makes an appearance in the video too as part of the drama Cassandro, which is based on the true story of the gay American-Mexican wrestler of the same name. There's also a quick look at the legal drama film The Burial starring Jamie Foxx and Tommy Lee Jones.
