A Toronto mansion once owned by Prince has been put on the market for nearly $13 million.

The home, located Toronto’s prestigious Bridle Path neighbourhood, offers 14,280 square feet of living space on an impressive gated two-acre lot. The home features six bedroom, 10 bathrooms, a fully equipped gym, a hair salon, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a swimming pool.

Realtor Victor Brewda of Forest Hill Real Estate Brokerage Inc., said the highlight of the property is the natural features surrounding the home. “It just has such natural beauty to it,” Brewda said, adding that the secluded yard features several centuries-old trees.

Prince lived in the home when he married Toronto native Manuela Testolini back in 2001. The couple lived there for about five years before an amicable divorce in 2006. Prince reportedly worked on his 2004 album, Musicology, while living at the Bridle Path mansion.

Brewda said the fact that Prince lived there adds “sentimental value” to the home, but that the property is priced according to the value of similar listings in the area.
