Rob Kardashian doesn’t believe Blac Chyna is fit to parent their daughter, Dream Kardashian.

The only Kardashian brother is now seeking primary custody of Dream, according to Page Six. He recently filed court documents that requested Chyna’s time with Dream be limited to weekends, with a nanny acting as supervisor. The docs ask that Chyna submits to drug and alcohol testing no less than half an hour before the visit. Additionally, the nanny would have the power to end the mother’s visits with Dream if the nanny observes any violence around the 3-year-old.

Rob has claimed that Chyna routinely has parties in her house when Dream is there and invites strangers over. He has alleged that Chyna’s been snorting cocaine, is drunk all the time, and spends $600 on alcohol almost daily. She’s accused of becoming violent and making threats against people in her home and throwing dangerous objects, including knives and lit candles.

Chyna’s behavior has reportedly affected Dream, who Rob claims is now acting out. He says Dream has started “naked twerking and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her,” per TMZ. Her personal hygiene has also worsened; Rob says Dreams has messy hair, and dirty teeth and nails.

Khloé Kardashian has allegedly echoed similar sentiments, claiming that she’s noticed Dream’s behavior change, describing her as “more in defense mode” and “decidedly more aggressive” when she plays with her cousins. Dream has also developed a potty mouth, saying “bitch” and “What the fuck?”

Rob and Chyna split in 2017 after a messy breakup, which is when the two agreed to joint custody of their daughter.
