Recently it was reported that Blac Chyna and her now ex-boyfriend Kid Buu got into a violent fight while on vacation in Honolulu, Hawaii. While staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Buu allegedly slammed her against a wall and choked her after she scratched him. Paramedics and police arrived at the scene shortly after, although Chyna was not taken to a hospital.

Now TMZ reports that Buu, real name Markquez Santiago, was charged with child abuse back in 2008. In the legal documents relating to the case, it's revealed that Santiago was arrested when he was 19 after he got into a fight with his then-underage girlfriend. She was also the mother of their child, who was only two years old when the incident occurred. The pair eventually got violent, and Santiago punched her in the face while their child was present. He allegedly pulled out a gun and told her he would "kill the cops" if she called them to the scene. He was later arrested and denied the allegations.

He did, however, plead guilty to charges of child abuse, intimidation, robbery, and criminal mischief. He was sentence to two years of probation, and claimed he pled guilty "for my own convenience and to move on with life."

Kid Buu denied the allegations against him, stating he was raised "better than that."
