When Tristan Thompson was caught canoodling with a handful of women who were not Khloé Kardashian, Kim was the only member of the Kardashian clan to publicly address the scandal.
“I don’t even know how to describe it besides ‘it’s just so fucked up,’” she said of the situation during an appearance on Ellen, after unfollowing the Cavs player on Instagram.
But it seems like all of that animosity is water under the bridge. As Page Six points out, during Khloé’s 34th birthday celebration on Wednesday, Kim took a video of her and Thompson where she “begs” him to unblock her on Instagram. “Alright guys, it’s Khloé’s birthday. Should I ask this guy to unblock me?” she said in an Instagram story. “For Khloé’s birthday. Will you please unblock me?”
Thompson replies laughing, “It’s only right! I got you.”
Since the cheating scandal broke, Khloé has decided to stick by Thompson and attempt to work things out—a decision all the Kardashians now seem to be on-board with.
“Tristan, yeah. He’s great. Yeah, he’s good,” momager Kris Jenner told Us Weekly in June. “I think you just have to be there for your kid and follow their lead. I’m not in that relationship or in that situation, so I really trust Khloé. She’s so smart, and such a great girl, and she’ll figure it out.”
Still, Khloé admitted on Twitter that her resolve to continue the relationship hasn’t been easy. "You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist," she tweeted to one fan on Monday.
