Over the last week, social media's been on one when it comes to the kids of Stranger Things. Not only were loads of viewers upset at how the creators forced two of the stars to kiss, but looked at the flipside, which primarily involved video footage of Finn Wolfhard not acknowledging a throng of fans at a hotel he was staying. Shannon Purser and Sophie Turner stepped up to defend Wolfhard, and we have to imagine that they (and anyone else) caught it on social media, forcing Finn himself to clap at anyone who wasn't acting right.

Hey everybody! I don't wanna ex-communicate anyone from this fandom, but if you are for real you will not harass my friends, or co-workers. Ya'll know who you are.

"Hey everybody," Wolfhard tweeted. "I don't wanna ex-communicate anyone from this fandom, but if you are for real you will not harass my friends, or co-workers. Ya'll know who you are."

You have to respect his response. There's a fine line of being a fan and being a complete jackass that some folks can't seem to acknowledge. When a 14-year-old celebrity has to put you in your place? You know you done fucked up. Wolfhard continued, though.

Why I even have to tweet that, I don't know. Anyone who calls themselves a "fan" and actively goes after someone for literally acting and doing their job is ridiculous. Think b4 ya type boiiii

"Why I even have to tweet that," he continued, "I don't know. Anyone who calls themselves a "fan" and actively goes after someone for literally acting and doing their job is ridiculous. Think b4 ya type boiiii"

Think before ya type, indeed.
