Caitlyn Jenner is all the internet can talk about right now—and with good reason. Her absolutely stunning Vanity Fair cover introduced us to her new identity: "Bruce always had to tell a lie. He was always living that lie. Every day he always had a secret, from morning till night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets. As soon as the Vanity Fair cover comes out, I’m free."
Today, Jenner didn't just release her magazine cover—she also announced herself on Twitter and Instagram. And in just four hours, she racked up over a million followers—shattering President Barack Obama's record for reaching the same amount of followers in five hours, according to the Wrap.
Jenner, arguably the most visible transgender person in mainstream media, has just tweeted two times since she launched her new handle, but the next time she does, she'll reach over a million people. Welcome, Caitlyn.
I'm so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can't wait for you to get to know her/me.
