Kristen Stewart has just won the French equivalent of the Oscar: a César. She won best supporting actress yesterday for the film Clouds of Sils Maria, co-starring Juliette Binoche and Chloe Grace Moretz. The movie, directed by Olivia Assayas, stars Binoche as "an actress who agrees to appear in a revival of a play that launched her career 20 years earlier" and Stewart as her assistant.

“The reasons why people make films here in France are very different from the reasons why people make movies in Hollywood and I prefer it here a little bit,” Stewart said backstage, and revealed she is set to star in a French film. The Twilight alum also appeared in Still Alice alongside Julianne Moore, who is a front-runner for the Best Actress Oscar.
