When it comes to Bill Cosby accusations, that old saying is true: same story, different year.
Despite a couple former Cosby Show co-stars coming to his defense lately, Cosby once again stands accused of sexual assault by several women. Appearing alongside attorney Gloria Allred, the women spoke about their stories, all of which touched on the same sort of recurring themes seen in the other accusations: overtures of mentoring, mysterious drinks/pills, and sexual assault.
Allred also took aim at those who have defended Cosby:
"If Mr. Cosby's legacy is destroyed, he has no one to blame but himself." Gloria Allred calls out Phylicia Rashad.

"I have no doubt there will be efforts to undermine any and all who come forward." --Gloria Allred on alleged #BillCosby victims

"It is not going to stop us. It is not going to silence us. It is not going to intimidate us." --Gloria Allred on #BillCosby

The statute of limitations on these has long expired (much like the previous accusations), so there will be no subsequent criminal proceedings. Still, it’s clear that just because it’s a new year doesn’t mean the anti-Cosby movement is going to slow down even a little bit.
