According to USA Today, the actor's limo bus reportedly collided with two tractor-trailers and then overturned, which state police report was the fault of one of the truckers. Morgan is currently being treated for injuries in the intensive care unit at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, and authorities say that one of the passengers from his limo bus has died—three others are in critical condition, and one is listed as in fair condition.

UPDATE #2: The cause of the crash has been determined to be the fault of a dozing truck driver. According to ABC News, the driver failed to brake, and rear-ended the limo carrying Morgan and other passengers.

One passenger has been confirmed to have passed away as a result of the crash: He has been identified as comedian James McNair.

UPDATE #3: The truck driver who is said to be at fault for the crash has been arrested in connection with the crash, which left Morgan injured and McNair dead. He has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault.

It is under investigation whether or not alcohol was involved in the crash, but at this time, sources in connection with the accident do not believe that was the case.
