Now this is a one-year anniversary celebration.

Williamsburg'sSweet Chick celebrated a year of operation last night, bolstered by a performance from Raekwon. The Chef, who was in attendance at the request of owner John Seymour, performed "C.R.E.A.M." and "Ice Cream" to the delight of everyone in attendance.

Following the brief show, Raekwon got a taste of Sweet Chick's menu, which he washed down with a mason jar of Hennessy like the OG that he is. He's no novice in the kitchen either; he knows good chicken when he sees it, hence the other reason they call him "The Chef."

In a 2013 interview with Complex, Raekwon said he's considered a venture into the food industry, possibly his own food truck. "Definitely, I want to be cookin’ in there and everything, B. But I want real food, like Soul Food; turkey wings with a lot of meat on them and all that. Probably a halal spot where you can get halal spaghetti and all of that," he candidly explained as only Raekwon can.

This must happen. Like, ASAP.
