For unexplained reasons, a Florida man attacked his disabled uncle with a toilet seat lid earlier this month.
According to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office, 20-year-old Norris Troutman ran up and struck 48-year-old Sammy Lee Johnson with the toilet seat lid as the older man watched televisionon Jan. 9. Johnson said he had done nothing to provoke the attack, which Troutman's mother, the lone who witness, confirmed.
Troutman reportedly told a sheriff's deputy that he hit his uncle because he had mocked him. All 6'6" of him. He was arrested and charged with aggravated battery because he used a potentially deadly weapon to aid his attack.
