The Bento Boxes at David Bouley's Tribeca Japanese restaurant, Brushstroke (30 Hudson St.), are costly, yet totally worth it. The boxes, which were introduced last year courtesy of executive chef Isao Yamada, are filled with 16 seasonal items:

Miso Marinated Chilean Sea Bass

Oregon Raised Wagyu Beef with Red Wine Sauce

Canadian Fuji Pork Belly with Amazu Glaze

Steamed Duck Breast with Tasmanian Mustard Seed

Dashi-maki Tamago

Simmered Kabocha Squash

Dashi Braised Malanga Yam

Dashi Marinated Eggplant

Grilled Anago

Sesame Burdock

Spicy Eringi Mushrooms

Atsu-yaki Tamago

Grilled Zucchini

Tsukune Dumpling

Spicy Hakata Sushi Roll

Smoked Salmon Salad

They also come with delectable accompaniments such as Golden Crab, House Made Pickles, Lobster and Mushrooms Steamed Rice and Hijiki and Fava Beans mixed with rice. As a finishing flourish, each box is wrapped with a Japanese scarf, adding a personal touch to your meal.
