In July of 2003, Vanity Fair released the It's Totally Raining Teens! issue, where the magazine selected a handful of (then) up-and-comers who were, like, totally dominating Hollywood. Inside the pages were everyone from familiar names, like Brittany Snow and Solange, to forgotten names, like A.J. Trauth and Aaron Carter. Suffice it to say, about 30% of the list are still recognizable names today.
While the Teen Bop-esque questionnaire the mag gave each teen star makes the issue worth revisiting, its cover is the most intriguing of all. On it were the supposed heavy hitters of the generation—Amanda Bynes, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, Alexis Bledel, Evan Rachel Wood, Raven-Symone, and Lindsay Lohan—all looking fresh-faced and utterly angelic.
Fast forward 10 years, and where are they now? Let's just say your teen self would be heartbroken.
