"Elementary" and "Vegas" Have Been Given Full Season Orders

Good job, CBS.

None

Good new for new shows Elementary and Vegas: According to Vulture, CBS has given them both full first season pick-ups, following exceptional ratings and critical acclaim. Both shows are averaging about 14 million viewers a week - Ha, CW, eat your heart out - making them the top two new hours on TV.

If you haven't caught either shows yet, Elementary follows the classic story of Sherlock Holmes with an American twist - Holmes is still a Brit, but it's set in New York City and his dear John Watson is instead a Joan Watson, portrayed by Lucy Liu - and Vegas is a period drama set in the 1960's in, well, Vegas.

Are you excited to see these shows get full first seasons?
