It's official: Florida owns ratchet news. 24-year-old Crystal Rusaw was arrested for leaving her three children—ages 4 years, 3 years, and 10 months—unattended at their home in Port Richey so she could have sex with her neighbor. And then go to sleep.
That's already horrible parenting, but one of the children soiled herself and crossed a four-lane highway alone at 5 a.m., and the 4-year-old held the 10-month-old while ducking cars.
A driver noticed the wandering children and called police, and Rusaw was arrested for child neglect. She admitted her crimes—what else can you do in a situation where your atrocious parenting is on full display?
