There are some things that should never be done at UPS, such as attempting to ship drugs anywhere.

55-year-old Darryl Dwayne Burton and 31-year-old Lagina Bell Huckaby were busted at a Culver City UPS for allegedly trying to send a ton of PCP elsewhere, but that's only half of the story. In addition to 130 gallons of PCP, the Los Angeles Interagency Metropolitan Police Apprehension Crime Task Force (L.A. IMPACT) found the raw materials to make 500 more gallons, semi-automatic weapons and $389,000 in cash.

The drugs were discovered in homes and storage facilities throughout Los Angeles, and authorities believe a local organization linked to the Bounty Hunter Bloods were moving the drugs to Texas, New York and D.C

If you're trying to put a dollar figure to that much PCP, you can get $1.5 million if you sell it by the gallon, but you can apparently get $100 million if you sell it on the street. So, in short, somebody fucked up.
