The arcade and Dreamcast fighting title Soul Calibur is coming to iOS devices on January 19 with all the original characters and most of the original modes intact. It'll be compatible with iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4 and iPad 2, and pricing hasn't been announced yet, though we'd bet our souls it won't cost more than $10 or $15.

The Dreamcast was way ahead of its time, and Soul Calibur was as well. We think it's going to look great, especially on our iPhone's tiny screen. We have less faith in touch controls for oldschool fighting games, but hey, who are we to criticize? Oh yeah, the gaming press. Well, let's give them the benefit of the doubt for a few days until the port actually comes out.

Would you buy Soul Calibur on iOS? What about other Dreamcast Ports? How about some Seaman? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
