On Sunday, California Governor Jerry Brown signed a bill that will keep local governments from banning circumcision. This comes after a ballot proposal with 7,700 supporters that outlawed circumcision in San Francisco was shot down by a Judge who viewed it as unconstitutional.
Now that the ban has been banned, we wouldn’t be surprised if people opposed to bill AB768 decided to protest.
