Brought together by Dr. Pepper’s artist pairing series, Dr. Pepper Studio Sessions, rising star Tinashe and Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio connect on a smooth, collaborative hit, “Xylaphone.”
The 21-year-old songstress is riding high off the success of “2 On” and recently revealed that her forthcoming debut album, Aquarius, is set to release this September. For now, though, “Xylaphone” should be plenty to hold fans over. The shimmering, sensual cut is chilled out and club friendly at once, Sitek’s undeniable production shining as bright as Tinashe’s impeccable vocals.
