José González may still be best known for his cover of The Knife’s “Heartbeat,” which ended up being used beautifully in that Sony Bravia commercial a few years back. José is gearing up to release a new solo album—Vestiges & Claws is scheduled to be released on February 17—and he stopped by a Swedish game show to perform, where he delivered this “Waterfalls” cover. It’s not quite on the level of “Heartbeat,” but it’s interesting to hear this classic through José’s uniquely delicate voice.
