This isn’t brand new, but it’s a flawless summer song that I have been revisiting weekly for the past couple of months. It was featured on Dailybeatz’s Blogwave Summer mixtape, thanks to The Music Ninja.
You know when you look back at a time in your life and associate it with certain songs? When I look back on summer 2010, “Hustle” is going to be one of those songs. It’s acted as the soundtrack to the half-asleep morning train rides, the long hot walks through NYC, and the driving-with-the-windows open cruises. Really beautiful song, check it out while there’s still time to add it to your summer soundtrack. Take it to the beach, picnic with it, smoke weed on a mountain with it, do whatever you do and this song will be good company.
