I’m still letting the sickness of Master Basement sink in (you can download that album here), and SomeWhere Else already has a new track. This one doesn’t thump; it stomps. I love all the indie/rock/electonic sampling that is going on in hip hop, but samples are still limiting. The fact that SomeWhere Else is a band that uses actual instruments makes their music dynamic and gives that live feeling of actually hearing something being created instead of something being stitched together.
