Like his breakout single “White Lies,” Max Frost’s “Let Me Down Easy” finds a balance between accessibility and subtlety. Instead of relying on huge production or over-the-top vocals, the track lets the songwriting do the speaking. Max has been touring with Fitz and the Tantrums, and he’s now in the studio working on his full-length album, due early in 2015. He co-produced and co-wrote all the tracks on the album with the help of producers Benny Blanco (Maroon 5/Wiz Khalifa), Francois Tetaz (Gotye), Ant Whiting (John Newman) and Kid Harpoon (Jesse Ware, Florence and The Machine).

“I wanted this song to resonate with life’s let downs,” Max says, “but somehow circle back to the renewed beauty pain can uncover.”
