There’s not much known about Paris-based duo POSTAAL, but they don’t seem concerned with sharing personal information just yet. “We’ve just been taking our time getting things together, find the right collaborations, film makers, photographers to present the music we’ve been working on at our base in Paris,” they explain via email. “We did a collaboration with our friends The Shoes and have also done something with Panteros666 for his album, whilst finishing our debut EP we’ll release in May.”

After a French radio show called Nova ripped the duo’s first song “Freedom” from SoundCloud and started playing it, the guys have been more serious about getting things done. “It has a encouraged us to get our shit together with a live show! We’re getting booked now to play festivals over the summer so thats the big priority at the moment.”

Their new song is called “Burnin’,” and it’s one of the first songs they did together. “It’s lyrically quite personal and not a comfortable one to talk about. It’s a mix of us, sample, and our friend Pascal Toussaint who’s a gospel singer from Paris.”

Check out “Burnin'” below.
