With so much of rap being about creating a persona and exaggerating that to the maximum, hearing MeLo-X is a nice change of tone. He comes across as an honest and creative type of man who is as much about expression as he is about attention. For the first single off his upcoming GOD:LoFi EP, MeLo shares some personal stories and gives some honest insight into his perspective over a mellow but hard-hitting beat.
