Driven heavily by piano and percussion, Praything‘s Her Skin Caught The Glow EP takes on a tone of very serious music. The dramatic nature of piano takes what could have easily been tightly wound pop songs and expands the introspective ballads into open water and sky. The strength of the melodies would have been good enough, but Praything’s cinematic arrangements turn a few of these tracks into beautiful, fully-realized gems.
