The Talent Show is a half-hour television series hosted by Sol Guy that explores a broad cultural theme through three segments: adventure, performance, and conversation. The series is a mash-up of pop culture and current events, taking us on a global journey of discovery.
For one of the first segments from the “Inspiration” episode, Sol Guy was with Lil Buck playing LP’s debut album Forever For Now and he said it inspired him, especially the title track. “How dope would it be to dance to that song?” The two started talking about the way that different artists can inspire and the root of inspiration. Lil Buck then got on to Bruce Lee who very much inspires him. Again, together, Sol and Lil Buck started listening to Bruce Lee quotes and thought, “Wouldn’t it be cool to combine the two?”
The next day, they went to an undisclosed location, and the results are this video. Watch the clip above, and look for the launch of The Talent Show this fall.
