Big Deal is a duo from the UK with great songwriting abilities that work with stripped down acoustic numbers just as well as with more filled out rock tracks. I’m usually pretty good at following trails and finding information, so I started at their MySpace. Then I clicked through to their Facebook, which eventually led me back to their MySpace. After about 4 hours of going back and forth and finding very little information, I decided that instead of giving you information, I will just tell you that I tried. It’s the thought that counts, no?
Big Deal is Kacey Underwood and Alice Costelloe. They are signed with Mute and their debut album, Lights Out, is scheduled to drop on August 29th. I’m not sure if the duo is a couple, but I have sent an email to Mute to find out. I hope not, because I’m pretty sure that I’m in love with Alice. I found her on Facebook and have requested to be friends. I hope to follow up with a relationship status change in the coming months. This is probably inappropriate, but over the last couple of years I’ve really lost a grip on socially acceptable behavior, and so I stalk.
